2007:
February: We all went to the circus on the 17th. We had a great time.
January 27th: We went to Medieval Times at the nearby Discover Mills mall for Claire’s birthday. Claire was knighted by the king!
2006:
December: We went to
2005:
March: Claire was in her school musical, Annie. She played the Narrator. She was great.
Alex, now a green belt, was in a Karate competition. He took 1st in his class for board breaking and 2nd in his class for Sparring.
2004:
October: Claire, Alex and Sam are back in school. Alex just achieved his Yellow Belt in Karate.
May: We are going through bouts of Chicken Pox now. And Sam broke his elbow. His cast is bright green. I did get a chance to visit NY for a day in April; I did some genealogy research on the Jamison/Van Orden side of the family. Claire, Alex and Linda have a ballet recital coming up soon.
January: Claire and Alex are attending BB Harris Elementary School. Both are doing well.
2003:
December: It has been a sad season for our family. Linda’s mom passed away this month. She left us much too early.
September: Vacation

August: Wow – looks like
nothing happened the past six months. Is
that why everything seems a blur? Linda
is gearing up for homeschooling again this year. Sam gets ready to start a special needs
pre-school through
2002:
December: Christmas was low-key and fun. The kids loved opening presents. Our three kittens, King Arthur, Queen Guinevere and Sir Lancelot are doing very well. They will be seeing the vet soon to have a life ‘altering’ procedure.
November: Alex and Claire are taking Ballet lessons at the new Pickneyville facility (Gwinnett Co. parks). Sam has been diagnosed with ASD (high functioning) and Dyspraxia (especially oral dyspraxia).
October: Genny crawls
& pulls up; has many teeth (6); Alex is taking swimming lessons; Sam is in pre-school
now; Claire, Alex and I camped in the backyard once the weather finally cooled
off. In September we
went to the Gwinnett Co fair (saw cattle judging) where Claire climbed the
portable rock wall to the top.
For Linda’s birthday we went to
September 3rd: Linda started homeschooling today; Claire is in 2nd grade and Alex is starting kindergarten. Linda is also getting ready to lead Pioneer Clubs at church. Genevieve is 6 months old and rolling over.
We adopted a cat from friends (the Holcombs)

August: Alex had his tonsils & adenoids removed.
July: We all went to NY for the Bergin family reunion at Andy’s house.

February 25th: Genevieve Janice Jamison born today at 10:57 – 7lbs, 11.6 oz, 19 ½” long
January 26th: I finally got a cable modem. Yay. Sam is learning sign language. His first word is ‘more’.
2001:
November 2nd:
We all survived Halloween. Claire
was Belle (Disney), Alex was a caterpillar and Sam was one of Santa’s Elves
(thank you Carole for the outfit). In
October we all went to
September 4th: Claire & Linda started homeschooling today (1st grade). We went to a Braves game on 8/31. It rained out in the 7th; we got soaking wet but had a good time. Linda is head of our church’s Pioneer Club group. Clubs starts Wednesday 9/6. Claire lost another tooth the end of August. She left a note for the tooth fairy.
August 24th: Soccer is starting next week for Claire and Alex. We are in the West Gwinnett Soccer Club (WGSC). See www.wgsc.net. Linda is team mom for Alex’s team. We also joined the Gwinnett Christian Home Educators (GCHE) – a county organization for homeschoolers. I haven’t found a web site, but check out www.ghsc.net and http://www.gwinnett.public.lib.ga.us/homeschoolresources.htm. And we are officially expecting our fourth child, sometime in mid-late February, 2002.
August 6th:
We went to see Thomas the Tank Engine in person at the Great Smoky
Mountain Railway in
June 23rd: Claire will be a ‘shining star’ for the Prevent Blindness Light the Night for Sight walkathon. Be there at John’s Creek. Check out http://www.preventblindness.org/georgia/ga_event.html for more information. 8/6: there’s a picture of her and Linda.
May 24th: Claire lost her 2nd tooth.
